I have been a customer of Bath Cycle for 15 years, having purchased 2 bikes during this time. I have always been very satisfied with the knowledge of the staff and the service I have received. Recently I brought in my mountain bike to get it ready for winter riding and other adjustments so I could ride comfortably . Jesse, a tech., took the time to listen and then made suggestions, which worked out perfectly. I have encouraged many friends to go to Bath Cycle for a bike or service. Everyone, who has spoken with me afterwards has expressed the same feeling I have that Bath Cycle scores high when it comes to their customers.
Showed up for a week of camping in Phippsburg, bike broke first day. Took it to Bath Cycle for emergency repairs so as not to hinder the week camping. Upon entering the bike repair lair, I knew by sight, I was in the right place, a place of lengthy expertise. Jesse the bike mechanic quickly took action and showed what I anticipated; expertise. In quick time, the bike was fully repaired and I was back off to camp. Rare find. Quality and personal touch. Thanks guys, great job!
I called them and spoke to Zach, I was looking for training wheels for my sons bike. He is an older kid and he has some disabilities which make it hard to ride a bike. Zach found some but they were out of my price range, he called me right back after doing some research and found some reasonable priced ones. He ordered them, we brought the bike over and he put them on and tuned his bike up. My son is so happy and I can't get him off the bike. Thank you Zach. You have no idea how much it means to us. You get all my business from now on.
